This position is for a tenure-track appointment in Hispanic Studies at the rank of assistant professor beginning August 2017. We invite applicants whose research is in Spanish American Studies, Hispanic Caribbean Studies, and Iberian Cultural Studies. We are especially interested in the following issues and theoretical approaches: Race and Cultural Identity, Colonial Studies, Postcolonial Studies, Gender and Queer Studies, Environmental Studies. The successful candidate will be expected to teach two courses per semester.
