The Department of History at the University of West Georgia invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professorship in the history of the Middle East or Islamic World, open field, for fall 2017. Responsibilities include teaching a world history survey, a survey of the Middle East or the Islamic World, as well as advanced undergraduate courses and graduate seminars in the candidate’s area of specialization.
