The Departments of History and of Asian Languages and Civilizations invite applications for a jointly appointed, full-time, tenure-track position at the rank of assistant professor in Chinese history, beginning July 1, 2017. The field of specialization is open, but we seek candidates who will offer courses that will anchor majors focusing on China, and that will situate the broad scope of Chinese history within a vibrant and diverse liberal arts curriculum.
