The English/Communications Department of Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA), the Commonwealth’s public liberal arts college, welcomes applications for a full-time tenure-track appointment in Multi-ethnic Studies and Digital Humanities to begin on September 1, 2017. We seek candidates prepared to teach a variety of courses in multi-ethnic literatures in English, with links to Latina/o, Asian-American, Native American, or African diasporic contexts. We seek professors whose scholarly methods address cultural and linguistic diversity and who will in turn energize students to see contemporary literary and cultural studies as a rich and exciting field.
