The Assistant Director will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the Spelman Innovation Lab, working with the Director on operations management, space planning and utilization, creation and implementation of College policies and procedures within the Lab (such as developing an operating manual, that includes code of conduct and safety procedures and ensuring that lab users have undergone necessary safety training), and providing summary management reports on the lab’s performance and results.
