Tandetnik Chair in Yiddish Language, Literature and Culture | John Hopkins University
The Johns Hopkins University Leonard and Helen R. Stulman Program in Jewish Studies seeks to appoint a scholar to the Tandetnik Chair in Yiddish Language, Literature, and Culture. Scholars may apply at the ranks of tenure-line assistant and tenured associate professor. The successful applicant will be housed in the appropriate disciplinary department within the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences, while also participating in the interdisciplinary Jewish Studies program. Applicants should have a strong command of Yiddish language and culture and a demonstrated record of achievement in Yiddish literary scholarship.
